NesTalent is a fast-track development program which focuses on nurturing future leaders across the key business areas of Nestlé Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Regardless of your stream, our NesTalent program gives you a 360 view of the company, ensuring that you gain valuable experience while rotating through the roles in your chosen area for 24 months.

The 2-year rotational program is a vibrant and strategic experience that gives you a platform to start your career within the Nestlé sales & commercial development team.

Start your career making sure it all ‘adds up’!
Across their 2-year rotation program, our Finance Graduates experience the breadth of Nestle’s financial activities. Starting with an intensive understanding of our sales and marketing strategies and going all the way through to corporate decision-making and acting as a Business Unit Controller.
For one of your rotations, you’ll be working within the supply chain, where you’ll get a hands-on understanding of our manufacturing process as this relates to the cost of our products.

Marketing at Nestlé involves connecting deeply with consumers, analyzing data, and crafting campaigns that boost demand, enhance brand equity, and drive business growth. You'll gain experience in key marketing areas such as brand building and development, help create compelling brand visions, and develop forward-thinking plans across the entire marketing spectrum. You'll also manage multiple challenging projects, often collaborating with various stakeholders.
The Marketing Path is designed to develop future Nestlé marketers through diverse and challenging projects and roles.

The HR Path offers dynamic opportunities, propelling budding HR future professionals through diverse challenges and roles.
During the two years, you will have exposure across all HR operations.
Start your career ensuring our popular brands reach shelves across the Middle East and North Africa quickly and reliably.
Can you help us add real value to our supply chain? Develop your analytical skills, forward-thinking, and planning capabilities to help us solve the challenges of getting raw ingredients at the right time and place, and products to our customers.
During the 2-year rotation program, you’ll experience physical logistics, customer-facing supply chain, demand and supply planning, and procurement.
You’ll work on exciting projects with colleagues and customers alike to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practices.
Start your career keeping our product lines running smoothly.
If the thought of seeing our products come to life from the very beginning excites you, then the Technical stream is for you. Through the 2-year rotation program, you’ll be based in one or more of our factories. You’ll work across different areas including Food Science, Engineering, and Process.
By the end of the second year, you will be leading an innovative project.
Qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, and Mechatronic Engineering will be highly regarded.
